Dmitro Development carried out rainscreen facade works at Plaistow Hub for Vistry Partnerships, including VitraDual aluminium cladding, Rockwool insulation and cavity/fire barriers; the original package and two variations were fully valued in its April 2024 application.

Systems & materials

Materials and products included 3mm VitraDual 3000, VD33 RAL 7024, 4000x1500mm, Vitrafix VF1/F brackets and VF1 rails, Rockwool Rainscreen Duo Slab, Siderise RV-90/60, GTEC Weather Defence Board, Cortex 0500FR/EPDM and specified EJOT/Mainline/ITW fixings. The evidenced assemblies include vitradual rainscreen on vitrafix support, 200mm rockwool insulation, aim/siderise barriers, gtec weather board and cortex/obex membranes.
