Information collected
Enquiries
The contact page provides email and telephone links. Its enquiry form uses your device’s email application: it does not submit information to a website database or a third-party form service. Dmitro Development receives the details you choose to send only when you send the resulting email. Those details may include your name, email address, telephone number, company, project information and the contents of your message.
Website delivery and security
The site is a static site hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When your browser requests a page or asset, Cloudflare necessarily processes network and request information such as your IP address, the requested URL, date and time, browser or device information, and security or routing data. Dmitro Development does not operate a user-account database through this site.
Website analytics
On the production site, Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate use and page performance when the analytics deployment token is enabled. Its reports can include page path, referrer, country, browser, operating system, device type, navigation type and performance timings. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not track individuals across sites and does not use the information for advertising.
The site does not use Google Analytics. Fonts, images, video posters, PDFs and article content are served from the site itself. There are no embedded social feeds, maps, video players or third-party form widgets. Following an external link causes the destination service to receive an ordinary web request under its own privacy terms.
Purposes and lawful bases
Dmitro Development uses enquiry information to respond, discuss requested work, prepare or take steps towards a quotation or contract, and keep necessary business correspondence. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing a contract where one exists, or the legitimate interests of answering genuine business enquiries and maintaining appropriate business records.
Cloudflare processes website requests so the site can be delivered securely and reliably. This is based on Dmitro Development’s legitimate interests in publishing and protecting its website.
Cloudflare Web Analytics is used to understand aggregate demand, identify broken or slow pages and improve the site. This is based on the legitimate interests of measuring and improving the website. The analytics is configured as aggregate, non-advertising measurement and is not used to profile visitors. You can object at any time using the control below.
Analytics, cookies and local storage
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies and therefore does not display a generic cookie-consent banner. Cloudflare Web Analytics is loaded only when its production token is configured and your browser has not recorded an objection.
UK rules allow storage or access used solely for aggregate statistical measurement without prior consent when the statutory conditions are met, including clear information and a simple way to object. This implementation is limited to that purpose. Turning analytics off does not affect the site.
The only active-site browser storage used for privacy purposes is a local-storage item named dmitro_analytics_opt_out. It records 1 when you turn analytics off so the site can honour that choice on later visits. It remains on your device until you clear site data or turn analytics back on. This preference storage is necessary to remember your request.
Analytics preference
Checking this browser's current preference…
The change applies from the next page load. Clearing this site's browser data also clears the saved choice.
Service providers and disclosures
Cloudflare provides Pages hosting, content delivery, network security and Web Analytics. It acts as a service provider processing data for site delivery and measurement. Cloudflare may also process limited network data for its own security and legal obligations as described in its privacy documentation.
Email and telecommunications providers process information when you contact Dmitro Development. Dmitro Development may also disclose information where required by law, or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. The website does not send enquiry details to a marketing database, newsletter platform, advertising network or CRM system.
Retention
Dmitro Development keeps enquiry correspondence only for as long as it is needed to answer the enquiry, manage any resulting work, meet applicable record-keeping duties, or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. The relevant purpose and any legal obligation determine the period; the website does not create a separate enquiry database.
Cloudflare documents that unsampled Web Analytics beacon data is retained for seven days and then aggregated, with dashboard reports available for the previous six months. Cloudflare controls retention of the infrastructure and security data it processes to provide Pages and network services under its service terms.
The analytics objection remains in your browser until you change it or clear site data.
International processing
Cloudflare operates internationally, so website delivery and analytics information may be processed outside the UK. Cloudflare’s data-processing terms provide for the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and standard contractual clauses where required.
Security
The site uses HTTPS and Cloudflare’s delivery and security network. It is built as static files and has no public account, payment or enquiry database. Access to business correspondence is limited through the systems used to handle enquiries. No internet service can eliminate every security risk.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law gives you rights to request access to your personal information, correction, erasure, restriction, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You also have an absolute right to object to direct marketing; this website does not operate direct-marketing sign-ups.
Contact Dmitro Development using the details above. You may be asked for enough information to identify the relevant correspondence and verify your identity. If you are dissatisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. You can contact the ICO without first contacting Dmitro Development, although the ICO normally recommends raising the issue with the organisation first.
External links
Project records and articles may link to public sources or other organisations. Dmitro Development does not control those external sites. Their operators decide what they collect after you follow a link, and their own privacy notices apply.
Changes to this policy
This policy will be updated when the website’s real data flows or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
