Site reality
Most recladding happens on occupied buildings.
Remedial packages are planned around residents and building users: access and scaffold logic, weather-tightness between shifts, protection of services and a sequence that keeps every elevation closed at the end of each working day.
The envelope experience behind this family is the same one that delivers our new-build cladding — support grids, barriers, insulation and membranes treated as one buildable system rather than separate trades.
Straight answers
What we do — and what stays with the assessors.
- Dmitro does not issue EWS1 certificates — those remain with qualified assessors.
- Dmitro does not provide independent fire-engineering sign-off — remediation packages are built to the specification that fire engineers and designers produce.
- CHAS and Constructionline support contractor credibility; they are not a substitute for fire engineering, EWS1 or statutory assessment.
- Water and fire testing is coordinated with qualified specialists where the project requires it.
