Drylining & Interior Services
Dmitro was incorporated as a drylining company in 2011, before the envelope work took over the name. The internal package is still delivered the same way — set-out, framing, boards, joints and finish run as one disciplined, bounded build package for main contractors.
Frame
C-studs plumbed between floor and head tracks at 600mm centres, noggins where the spec calls.
Board
Boards span two bays so every seam lands on a stud; screw rows follow the stud lines at 300mm centres.
Tape & joint
Seams taped and feathered into the board face; field screws spotted ready for decoration.
Finish
A continuous skim plane lapping the final joint, checked under a raking light.
One bay of partition, elevation 1:20 — the same physical rules the site works to: 600mm centres, seams on studs, screws at 300mm, joints feathered before the skim.

Drylining capability established
Dmitro Development began with drylining delivery as a core trade.

Facade delivery expanded
Envelope packages became the headline work; the internal trades stayed in the delivery repertoire.
2021–22
Interiors inside principal-contractor delivery
At 59 Addington Road the company carried partitions, drylining and fire-stopping within its own whole-building programme.

Six stages, in the order the wall is actually built. Each carries its own interface obligation — the part a main contractor's programme depends on.

Set-out
Partition lines set out from the structural grid to a laser datum; floor and head tracks fixed and the set-out record returned before framing starts.
Interface — Set-out sheets issued for approval against the coordinated drawings.

Metal-stud framing
C-stud framing erected plumb between tracks at the specified centres, with deflection heads, openings and pattresses framed in — not cut in later.
Interface — Service penetrations framed from the MEP coordination, deviations recorded.

Plasterboard systems
Manufacturer board systems — Gyproc and GTEC sit on the company record — fixed to the specified build-up, seams landing on studs.
Interface — Closing boards held until first-fix services are signed off zone by zone.

Tape and jointing
Joints taped, filled and feathered; field screws spotted — the faster dry finish where the programme calls for it.
Interface — Joint and fixing schedule kept as part of the QA record.

Plastering
Skim and finish coats brought to one true, decoration-ready plane.
Interface — Surface tolerance checked under a raking light before offer-up.

Inspection & handover
Zone-by-zone sign-off with the concealed-work photos, fixings schedule and surface checks issued as the handover record.
Interface — QA pack handed over per zone, not saved up for practical completion.
Where the project requires it — Suspended ceilings · Fire and acoustic partitions — priced within the package, not offered as a standalone speciality.
Delivery
A build package, not a labour supply.
Interiors run under the same commercial machinery as the envelope works — useful where one accountable specialist should carry both sides of the wall.
- Programme
- Stage durations priced against the construction programme, with boarding sequenced around first fix so no zone is closed early and none waits open.
- Interfaces
- Set-out from the structural grid; penetrations, pattresses and service zones framed from the coordinated drawings. Deviations are recorded and reported, not absorbed.
- Supervision
- A named working supervisor on site, running the same RAMS and inspection discipline the company applies to its envelope packages.
- QA & records
- Set-out record, pre-boarding photographs of concealed services, fixing and joint schedules, and a final raking-light surface check — issued zone by zone.

On its own seven-flat development in South Croydon, Dmitro acted as principal contractor for demolition and whole-building construction — and carried the internal partitions, drylining and fire-stopping inside its own programme. This is design-and-build capability evidence, not a subcontract case study.
