History and recognition ## A roof package recognised by the Royal Tunbridge Wells Civic Society. Mount Ephraim House is a historic house on Mount Ephraim, extended from late 2016 into the dementia care home run today by Greensleeves Care. Dmitro Development priced the roofing package in 2019 and worked across both the original house and its new wing, rebuilding the roof to meet current insulation and fire standards while keeping the building’s historic roofline. The roofing package’s treatment of the historic structure was recognised with a Royal Tunbridge Wells Civic Society Award in 2022, ahead of the wider care home reopening in 2023 with more capacity than before.
